The progressive concept of the crash crushion system VECU-STOP® is based on more than 40 years of experience in the construction of vehicle restraint systems.
All models of the crash cushion system VECU-STOP® consist of hollow bodies, being arranged in parallel and in rows, which act as highly efficient energy-absorbing elements. The single elements are mechanically linked by a wire rope system.
Once the VECU-STOP® system is installed it is basically maintenance-free. The elements are hot dip galvanized and therefore reliably protected against corrosion. All parts are made of steel and therefore completely recyclable.

The crash cushion system VECU-STOP® has successfully passed all test levels (50, 80, 100 and 110 km/h).
No parts of the system became detached nor penetrated the vehicle cockpit. Even the car windows remained undamaged.
VECU-STOP® fulfils all requirements. Good to very good functioning was confirmed for all models.
